Programme and Change Associate Director, Business Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the newly established Governance Services Business Solutions team.

This role is pivotal in supporting the growth of our client and client service ambitions. The post-holder will play a key role in guiding the organisation through complex change and in defining strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the Change Solutions team, including Project Managers and Business Analysts, identifying cross-project risks early, collaborating effectively with the wider business, and reporting to the Boards.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for change and continuous improvement, along with deep knowledge of the trust and corporate services industry. They will take a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving, both independently and as part of a team, and will be able to leverage IT solutions to address business challenges effectively.
